Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in new and unused condition. Please note that customized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused Stanley products in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
